Welcome to Samsara Wellbeing. By booking and attending our yoga classes, 1:1 sessions, Reiki, sound baths, or wellbeing events, you agree to the following terms.

1. Disclaimer

Our classes and sessions are designed to support relaxation, self-development, and overall wellbeing.

They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We recommend you consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new physical, energetic, or wellbeing practice, particularly if you have existing health conditions or injuries.

By attending, you confirm that you take part voluntarily and at your own risk.

Samsara Wellbeing and its practitioners cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation.

If you feel pain, discomfort, or adverse effects at any time, please stop immediately and seek medical advice.

2. Bookings
All classes, sessions, and events must be booked in advance.

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed).

3. Cancellations by You

Group classes & 1:1s: All bookings are non-refundable.

Late cancellations, missed sessions, or no-shows will be charged at the full rate.

Refunds are not given for late arrivals or unused parts of multi-session passes.

4. Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer your booking to another date.

5. Retreats, Workshops & Special Events

Longer events may have specific booking and cancellation terms, which will be shared at the time of booking.

6. Health & Safety

By booking, you confirm that you are fit to participate in your chosen activity.

Please let the instructor know about any health conditions, injuries, or special requirements in advance.

You remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing during all classes and sessions.
